How much does a Bax Snax cooler cost my business?
Nothing. Qualifying locations get a HAHA AI smart cooler placed, stocked and serviced at no cost. You provide the floor space and a standard outlet.
How does the revenue share work?
Your location earns a share of sales from the cooler on site. The exact split depends on location size and traffic. We go over it during the free site visit.
What does my location need to qualify?
A spot about 32" wide by 26" deep for the HAHA Max (about 54" wide for the HAHA Ultra), a standard electrical outlet, and enough daily foot traffic. Most locations with 30 or more people on site per day are a good fit. The cooler has its own 4G connection, so no Wi-Fi is needed.
How often do you restock?
Every week, or more often if your location sells faster. The coolers report sales in real time, so we know what is running low before it runs out.
What payment methods do the coolers accept?
Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay. The coolers are cashless and do not take bills or coins.
What products can you stock?
Cold drinks, water, energy drinks, chips, candy, healthier snacks and, where licensed, fresh grab-and-go food. We tailor the mix to your people and can take requests.
How fast do you respond if something goes wrong?
We are local to Port St. Lucie. Call or submit a service request and we aim to respond the same business day. The coolers also alert us to many issues automatically.
How does the AI checkout work?
Customers tap a card or phone to unlock the door, take what they want and close the door. Cameras inside recognize the items taken and charge only for those. No buttons, no stuck snacks.

St. Lucie, Martin and Indian River counties, including Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce, Stuart, Jensen Beach, Palm City, Vero Beach and nearby communities.
Are you insured?
Yes. Bax Snax LLC is a Florida limited liability company with general liability coverage. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
